@clarelightbody activate the free Sky Talk Shield, which allows you to block calls if they're being made from the same number every time, so they'll never get through to you.
Alternatively, the built-in call screening feature requires callers to announce themselves before the call is referred to you to accept or refuse. In my experience non-genuine callers hang up when they're asked by the Shield to say who they are, in which case you'll never be troubled by them.
