Having an issue with our landline. When a caller calls us we can hear them but the caller is unable to hear us.
If we call them back they can hear us. We have tried 3 different phones.
Plugged in to the master socket with all 3 and still we cannot hear a caller when they call is.
What could be causing this? A new master socket was installed around 10 weeks.
