Unable to receive calls on my landline phone, invalid. number.

Plugged home phone into Router. Calls from the phone ok and with my original number. Calls to the phone - invalid number. Advice please as to how to solve this.Thanks.

@janafolly try turning off both your broadband Hub for an hour or so. If you have full fibre, do the same with the ONT. If it doesn't help, it may simply be that it's taking a bit longer than normal to get your phone service fully up and running. You could either give it a day or so more, or report it to Sky. Call them on 150.

 @janafolly are you new to Sky? When was your service activated? It can take 24 hours or so for the Talk service to complete activation.

Hi Mark, Thank for the reply  new to sky intalled 14.11.25, a few days ago.

Just tried ringing now, number not valid error. Rings out ok.
