Hi there
We have Sky talk and sometimes need to divert calls to our mobile no. We have been using *21* to divert and #21# to cancel divert and up until a week or so ago, this has worked well. However now, the divert rings the no. we've chosen to divert calls to but when we answer, the caller can't hear us and then the call is cancelled.
We get charged £2.50 for this service each month. Has there been a change to the way it now works? Are we doing something wrong?
Any help would be gratefully received.
Thank you.
David

Hi Mark
No. when divert is off, calls come in to land line as they should.

If you wish, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat?
Or you can call on 150 (landline) of course.

Hi Mark
Thank you for your help. We'll call them on 150 and report it.
I notice on older forums that other Sky customers had the same issue back in Nov 22! Hopefully they'll know how to fix it!
Regards
David
