Not receiving calls from mobile phones to landline, number not recognised.

I have just moved to Sky Broadband but am having an issue with Talk, can receive calls to my landline from other landlines but CANNOT reveive calls from mobiles. 

It doesnt help that I am unable to log into Talk Sheild or activate it as there appears to be and issue on the website.

Any ideas please ?

Give Sky a call to report it. I imagine it will be passed to the networking team to investigate. Raise the Sky Talk Shield,issue at the same time. 

You can call Sky by dialling 150 on your landline phone.
