Unable to make or receive calls from Spain in past six weeks

I have checked on My Sky and the past trying to call us is NOT blacklisted. Also when we try to dial we can never get through. Any suggestions please?

Can you tell us the background to this? Are you new to Sky's landline service? Or has your landline with Sky worked OK before? Is there a dial tone? Can you receive other calls ok?

We have been using SkyTalk for over a decade, but have recently started having problems calling my Uncle in Spain.  (Similarly he cannot call us).

Whilst I don't think will be the problem, I have disabled Sky Talk Shield just in case.

Postscript - the fault has turned out be in Spain.
