A relative of ours has recently moved from SKY to EE for their phone and internet connection but since then we are no longer able to call them from our SKY landline.
Other (non-SKY) landlines can successfully dial the number and get through, as can we from our O2 mobiles but whenever we try to call the number from our SKY landline we get the number you have dialled is not recognised.
Our relative has spoken with EE and they have asked that we contact our provider as all other providers are able to contact that number without issue.
I should add that the phone number has not changed from when they were a sky customer.
Could someone advise what to do please ?
Many Thanks
John

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will need to report this to Sky so that they can take the details down for another team to investigate for you. The number to call is just 150 from your Sky Talk landline phone as it is a free one. If the bot asks you why you are calling you might need to say nothing so you can get to talk to someone.
