Cannot access Skyn Talk Shield via My Sky app or on website. Message saying there is a problem loading the page. Is anyone else having this problem? Many thanks for your help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@jewers This has been an issue we have been seeing on the boards for the past few weeks. The solution that we have found in getting it sorted is to contact Sky to see if they can get into your settings and see what the issue is behind you being unable to access the settings yourself.

Many thanks for the replies. Things were working fine a couple of days ago but today cannot access Sky Talk Shield. The last time I had a similar problem, I rang Sky and the adviser removed Shield and put it back again. As a consequence she removed over one hundred starred numbers. Not keen to do that again! I was not warned that this would happen.

I take it when you called the call centre rep was unable to get into it like yourself?

@Highlinder As I am reluctant to phone Sky again, decided to leave it a couple of days to see if it comes back on. Checked my phone and Sky Talk Shield is still working. I will keep you updated. Many thanks for your help.
