I changed providers for broadband and talk in March 2022 but talk shield is still active. I cannot access the relevant section or make any changes or turn it off

I've tried it on the app and on the website. There is nothing under the broadband tab anymore as sky is not my broadband provider. That was where I used to add numbers etc.

I get an automated sky answer. I have changed to Now who I know are owned by Sky.
