Telephone number new customer

I thought I had asked to keep our old telephone number, but I have been given a new number.  Is it possible to speak any one at sky about retrieving my old telephone number. Unable to find a contact number to speak to Sky.

Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline when the lines reopen shortly. It may however be too late and your old number may no longer be available.

@Abz16 it's possible to retrieve your old number for up to 31 days after switching providing you asked for it to be kept. It means cancelling your broadband/phone service and setting it up again, so there will be a period when you have  no service. Typically it takes Openreach around 10 days to cease and re-provision your line. Give Sky a call, if you want to investigate further.
