Changed from hub 4.2 working fine moved to hub 6 nothing

Is the phone handset plugged directly into the hub?
Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

@Ian3211 when did you install the new Hub? It can take 24 hours or so for the landline service to sort itself out.
