cant phone out after changing to sky full fibre and internet calls

I have just swapped from Sky superfast to Sky full fibre 300 and am running the phone line from the land line to the back of the router for the first time and using internet calling rather than a microfilter. The problem I have is that I am able to recieve phone calls to the  landline but am not able to phone out from the landline using the new setup. Any help and advice would be greatfully recieved.

It can take 24 hours or so for the landline service to be fully activated. If it's still the same tomorrow, I'd suggest turning the ONT and your Hub off at the plug for say an hour and see ifit resolves itself when you restart them.

 

If not, it's probably best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

Thanks, I will try that tomorrow to see if that resolves the issue and if not will report it as you suggested.
