Telephone line no dialling tone

  • My home telephone has no dialling tone so home phone not working also my skybox is very hot

@Kaipreston61 any background to this? New to Sky? Upgraded your broadband? Or has your Sky landline been working up to now? Does your phone plug into a wall socket?
