Telephone landline not working

My landline cannot make or receive calls.  I have done all of the steps in the help forum, but the phone still states to check phone line.

Any recent changes to your phone/broadband package, or are you new to Sky?

First try the line test here, even if your broadband is working normally. If a fault is detected, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
