my landline doesn't work, BT Outreach said they've fixed today but it is still down

Hi, can't find an option on SKY webpage to sort this out.  I spoke to someone yesterday, they tested the line which was down and organised a BT engineer to sort the issue.  Today SKY texted to say it has been fixed but it is still the same, line is dead.  How do I tell them the problem is not fixed? Can't see an option on line to report this.  I am holding on their phone line (have done for 15 mins) but will be another 40 mins in the queue and they close at 9 pm.

 

So frustrating to be directed to "the community" for advice by their chat bot

@PurrfectWhen you call Sky and asked the nature of the call say " Technical " and don't hang up when directed to do so after the text is sent to you. Stay on the line and it should drop you into the queue to speak to an advisor.
