Tele are service after digital switchover

When I am eventually switched over to digital house phone will this affect my Tele are alarm

It may do, as your connection to the phone line will be via your broadband Hub, not your wall socket. 

 

Sky are asking customers with a Telecare service to let them know - see the post pinned to the head of the forum.

It's up to the providers of telecare to come up with devices that are either compatible or don't use that connection at all (ie cellular)

 

Currently the declared presence of a wired healthcare or welfare alarm blocks switching to digital voice service.
