Talk sheild not been working for months

Hi,

My talk sheild has not been accessible for months and I've had just about enough. I go into the app and it just says this

Yes, it's a known fault which applies to some customers. If you've activated Sky Talk Shield, you can add or block numbers via your phone as explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/sky-talk-features/sky-talk-shield/articles/sky-talk-shield-us...

 

Not ideal but, something at least.

 

If you've not activated the Shield, give Sky a call and they'll do it for you.

Thanks Mark,

 

Not easy for a couple in their 80s though.

 

I'm their granddaughter and try to manage this for them but I'm 150 miles away.
