A y person leaving message does not get recorded ( I pay £2 month) also my last number who phoned inot recorded the last message on the phone was june last year

That's unusual. Probably best reported to Sky. You can call them on 150 (landline or Sky Mobile) or if you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here (probably to,orrow) so that you can report it via a private online chat.

Yes sky have been in touch and are sending a new router - mine is out of date when i have it i will report back
