Talk & Broadband Fault

Hi, This morning about 10am my broadband went down and I checked the phone, dead no ringing with the message showing "check line".

 

Have tried sky help but not getting anywhere. My setup has not changed and I have checked all wiring etc and I had been using both phone and broadband right up until this point so I believe it's a line fault as opposed to a hardware fault but I can't seem to report this anywhere?

 

City Link Fibre road works have been happening in my area for a few months now so don't know if it is them causing havoc. 

How can I get sky to send out an engineer to check the phone line box up the street please? Area is Leigh On-Sea, Essex
