I signed up to Talk Shield a couple of weeks ago, but when I try to access the settings to designate numbers I get
Whoops, there's been an error
There's been an error loading the page and we can't change your settings right now. If you've just activated Sky Talk Shield it can take up to 24 hours before you can make changes. Please try again later.

Hello!
Since the "Whoops, there's been an error" message has persisted for weeks, the issue is not a temporary delay but a problem with the service on Sky's end. The service has likely not been properly activated on your account, which is preventing you from accessing the settings. The only way to resolve this is to contact Sky support directly and explain that the error message has been appearing for an extended period, which indicates a back-end issue that they need to fix.

@Tom+R this is a long standing fault which affects some customers. Sky are aware but thus far it remains unfixed. I doubt there's any point contactingSky about it. You can still use the keypad on your handset to add and remove starred/blocked callers.
