Landline keeps dropping

Landline keeps dropping affecting incoming and outgoing calls, also affecting answerphone messages, a continuous loud bleep.

Have unplugged phone base from router and also swith off electricity, seem to correct problem as I can then get dialing tone.

Problem still occurs after a few minutes.

@RAHubbard See if the landline help gets you where you need to be! But you may just have to call sky if the help does not work!
