Talk Shield - Error Messages

I'd like to check my Talk Shield settings as I'm getting nuisance calls, but I'm unable to access Talk Shield via the website or MySky App.

Via MySky App I get the following error messages:

1. "Server Error"

2. "Whoops, there's been an error. There's been an error loading the page and we can't change your settings right now...."

Via the website I get:

1. "Unfortunately we aren't able to load this information at the moment. Please try again later."

Any suggestions?

Re: Talk Shield - Error Messages

I am still having the same issue regardless of using the App or the actual website on my laptop.  I still receive the same Server Error message.

Re: Talk Shield - Error Messages

Hi caesarome, if you're referring to deleting the app, reinstalling It, and then signing in again, I can confirm that the issue persists. Given that I also get errors via the website, I don't believe this is an app issue. Can you suggest anything else?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Re: Talk Shield - Error Messages

Tried to activate talk shield (after disabling it for a few weeks) but a "server error" message comes up. Tried calling 1780 which says that the talk shield is now active but it is not working.

Appreciate any help or advice you have

Regards

Re: Talk Shield - Error Messages

Hi, can you please try this again, I appear to have missed any chat bubbles that were sent. If email support is available that might be more helpful as I'm unable to keep checking back for a response. I received another spam call this morning yet was unable to activate Talk Shield. Thank you.
