Discussion topic: People calling me get the message this number is not accepting calls at this time

When my dad treis to call me from his Talk Talk landline he gets a message saying that "This number is not accepting calls at this time." I am on a copper line not one of these new ones that plug in the router.

He is the only person who has this problem calling me.

Mine is the only number he has a problem calling.

He is on my Sky star list so should get through. He is not on block list.

He gets the same message when I turn Sky talk shield off.

Any ideas folks?

You are going to need to report this to Sky so they can investigate it for yoy, 150 is the free number to call Sky support on.

@Gaz1965 Has your dad reported it to Talk Talk? It's probably something best attacked from both sides.
