Still NOT WORKING!!

My Internet phone's been down now for over a week.. When things are going right, it's great. When things go wrong SKY are one of the WORST in the world.... They tell you that text will be sent etc, etc. Never got one yet. The only text I get, is to tell me they are taking the money out of my bank. REPAIRE MY LANDLINE!!!

@Adrian1964  You are not addressing Sky Customer services via the forum, Shouting to repair your line will result in zero action as no one at on the forum will know who you are.

@Adrian1964 if you haven't received a text to confirm it has been repaired and it's still not working, there's a good chance it hasn't been fixed yet....
