Had Sky Talk for many years and I can ring lots of landline and mobile numbers successfully but one specific number I was given recently comes up as not recognised. It can be rung by others but not from my phone. It's a local number but doesn't work directly or with the area code prefix. I rebooted the hub/router but still the same. Any ideas ?

All you can do is to report this number to Sky so one of their teams can look into it for you. 150 is the free number to call them on and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
