Sky talk

I have recently come back to sky broadband and landline . I received my router yesterday but my phones won't link to the landline side. I've tried a few phones I've had around the house. When I.came back to.sky I wasn't informed I.had to go and but these voip phones. So I believe sky should provide one as at the monet I'm thinking of cancelling my contract as I'm.in the cool.down period and am.npt even getting the service I signed up for.

That;s because a VOIP phone won't work with a Sky landline. You just need to plug a standard phone into the socket at the back of the Hub.

Of all the ISPs only BT supplies telephone handsets because only they were a telecoms company for decades before starting to supply internet connections.
