I hear a ding on the line but nothing else. The person making the call to me hears the ring tone so thinks its ringing at my home but it isn't.
Happened a few weeks ago too. Trying to report it makes the situation even more frustrating.

Thank you for your reply @caesarome
I had already done this but I have followed all the steps again to be sure.
It doesn't appear to run any tests, just asks if I have Talk Shield or other call features which I haven't.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
