Hi, I have a house alarm, which calls my mobile through my landline if someone is trying to break in.

I have just ordered sky broadband & talk - will my house alarm still work the same way, as my phone line will shortly go through the broadband!

Impossible to say, I'm afraid. Best to speak to the manufacturer of the alarm system to check compatibility.

Bear in mind that the alarm system will have to be connected via the socket at the back of the Sky Hub. It definitely won't work of it's connected to a wall socket, or directly connected to the landline as neither will be capable of carrying a phone call
