I cannot dial out at all sonce this morning, i get an engaged tone every time... I can receive calls though...

My broadband is working fine, i have done all the checks throigh sky help but still no joy...

@Odre Do you have any other means of reporting this fault to Sky? Does your phone plug into the wall or into the back of the router?

Just in case you're not aware, we're customers here. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post.

Is there any background to this - are you new to Sky? Has your Sky landline worked ok up to now?
