I've just gone over to new sky fiber broadband with Internet calls, everything worked fine until my gp was trying to call but couldn't get through I've found out any number with held numbers and unavailable calls not coming through.(gp and hospital only number witheld or unavailable) sky been looking into this then saying its done. But its not done I've not got talk shield and nothing activated
Any help please before I cancel sky
