My sky talk phone line is dead today I have notice but my broadband is fine. I can't seem to contact sky to esculate this problem as the sky number 03330 156 208 is also dead (using my mobile phone which is another service provider).
Was on hold for 27 minutes calling sky customer service sso hung up eventually.
Clicked your link thank you (I do this test an hour ago to no avail)....went through the steps of reading...checked my phone line and now its working by magic lol. Very strange.
