Sky talk incoming calls going straight to mobile

Just transferred to Sky broadband with Sky talk today. I can ring out on phone without any issue, however all incoming calls are going straight to voicemail

Do you have internet calls? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

Yes- phone plugged directly into router. Sky engineer has been out and they were stumped!
