Sky looking for VOIP number from EIR

Hi, recently moved my broadband a and phone (VOIP) from Eir.  Broadband working fine but Sky unable to activate my VOIP service.  They are telling me that I need to get the VOIP number from EIR.  EIR are telling me that there is no VOIP number only the UAN - which I have given to Sky.  I am in limbo between the 2 providers re VOIP - any advice on what I can do to resolve this?
