Need to get talk issue with Sky Ireland escalated to someone who CAN answer the issue

So, we moved from PSTN /FTTC to VOIP/FTTH and in theory, it's working, but the reality is that our family in the UK STILL can't call us, they get told, no route found, which is an issue with the provisioning software that is being used by Sky Ireland.

This is now 2 WEEKS without the family being able to contact us, and that's after it was supposedly escalated to the highest support levels within Sky Ireland.

In a nutshell, either I get a sensible response to this, or we pull the plug on Sky and move to Virgin Media, I cannot work without our family in the UK being able to contact us without hassles, and this most definitely IS a hassle, and unacceptable. How do we escalate this to a higher level, as a matter of urgency?

The landline works for National calls, calls to mobile, and we can make outgoing international calls, so it is simply a monumental screw up with the provisioning system that routes the calls off the cable when it first gets into Ireland, and if they can't fix it now after 2 weeks, I'm not sure that I want to stay with a supplier that's so out of touch with reality. They should have sorted this in about 30 seconds, if they don't have a system on their computers to see what the provisioning is currently set to, and to be able to change it in real time, then they are even more in the dark ages than I thought they were.

Shore, if twas easy we'd all be doin it!

As you've already been in contact with Sky Ireland about it, you'll need to follow it up directly with them.
