Sky home phone

Changed to sky puck this morning and can't figure out how to set up home phone as router is in purple slot

I don't see any connection with your Sky Streaming Puck, Which of the Sky Hubs pictured here do you have:

Hi we have a sky max hub. The phone started to work very briefly but now stopped again. We can ring the phone from mobile etc and can hear it ring and leave a message but the actual house phone does not ring .

@hippo1971  Do you have a voice light on the hub?  Is the phone pluggged into the hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
