I cancelled my Sky Broadband and Talk package to switch to Sky Glass and today was the day my home landline was due to disconnect. That's gone ahead fine, but unfortunately my husband's work landline has also been disconnected.
I understand when his work landline was put in it came into the house through the same cable as the home landline, however, this is a completely separate number to our home landline and is paid for directly by his organisation so has nothing to do with our Sky package.
Sky's Virtual Assistant isn't working and the Contact Centres are busy. I'm the account holder but am in the office so can't spend hours on hold. What is the fastest way to get this resolved please?

Thank you. He's now alerted his employer who will hopefully deal with the reconnection.
