Phone lines dead

So we have updated our broadband to new sky broadband. We our a business and have and inside phone line and and outside phone line (same number). We have been able to plug the inside phone line into the "phone 1" port but the outside line doesn't fit into any of the phone ports, just the Ethernet and WAN port. The inside line works with a dial tone and receives phone calls whilst the outside line doesn't even have a dial tone. Anyone able to assist with this as we need our outside line for our business.

Sky Talk/Broadband isn't designed or supported for,business use (in fact it's disallowed in the terms and conditions you agreed to).  I'm afraid it's unlikely that the domestic customers here will know how the outside phone is configured and how to change it to operate from a connection to the Hub, or even if it would work correctly.
