Sky default voicemail message.

Hello, 

 

For a while now my default voicemail is not working and will not save. 
The Help App is useless and dosent lead to any solution and there seems to be no way or contacting customer services to support. All direction leads to the help app which is no use. 

How do I sort this issue out? Just leave sky and go to another provider that has better support?

Call Sky. Dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline. 

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

 

How do I sort this issue out? Just leave sky and go to another provider that has better support? 

That would mean cancelling your broadband too and possibly incurring early termination fees.
