Sky call divert not working again for second time in 6 weeks. Numerous calls to sky with continued delay tactics. Even got BT out to check my line. Sky now admit it's a known problem and they don't know when or how it will be fixed! Am going to change back to BT, but sky want to charge me! But will give me a refund of £2.50 for call divert.
over 25yrs s loyal customer....they have probably had in excess of 25k off of me. And they want to charge me for cancelling something that doesn't work!!!!!

Presumably because you're 'in contract'.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you're still in a minimum term deal Sky will charge early termination fees if you leave as per the terms and conditions you agreed to. The fault will be fixed but as customers we can't hazard a guess as to when.
