The hub lights are all green, but the phone line isn't working. I've tried all the online advice, but no joy. Even uploaded photos but awaiting advice/responce. Can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour phone line is plugged into the back your hub as it needs to be so if it is try rebooting your hub if you haven't done this yet.

Used the reset button on the side and also powered it down. Both times same result. Still no phone line. Thanks though

Is there some contact details where I can talk to a human to sort out why my phone line does not work. Its all plugged in green lights across the board but land-line not working,
