@DJS13 Sky Broadband and Sky Talk (landline) are bundled together. You can't have one without the other. However, if you have no need of a landline service, you can simply not use it. Providing you have the default Pay as you Talk call package, there's no extra charge for having the landline (as long as you don't use it, of course).

@DJS13

Just so you know, if your Sky Q dial 17070 from a landline phone the outgoing message will provide you with your landline number. If you have chosen not to connect an actual handset that is fine and entirely your choice.

In the future if you have a cheap handset you only need to plug it in when you need to call Sky (dialling 150 free) if and when there's an issue.

Re: Sky Talk

all Sky Brodand pacakges come with the "Sky Talk Pay As You Talk Package" by default which costs no extra and is free to receive calls and to amke phone calls to a limited list of numbers i.e Sky Customer Service, NHS 111, Police 101, 999 e.t.c, If you have no desire to use a landline then just dont connect one to your Sky Hub.
