Sky Talk issue

Is there a wider issue today with Sky Talk ?, my landline phones are showing the Check Phone Line message. I have been through the status checks / self help pages / Virtual Assistant etc without being able to resolve the issue.

@IG-GB  What colour are the lights on your broadband router just now?

The light is white, broadband is working fine.

@IG-GB  Does your phone plug into the back of the router or is it plugged into the filter on the master socket?

Its plugged into the Microfilter.

Just moved the phone connector to the router, same issue.

Spoken with a Sky service rep, an external issue has been located and a fault has been raised with Openreach.
