Sky Talk fault
Reported this fault at weekend. Landline not working (callers can't hear us/we can't hear them). Sky aware of what I was told had already been escalated to the Network Team as a known fault. Awaiting a call back, but hugely frustrating.

Re: Sky Talk fault
Any fault will have been passed to Openreach to investigate and fix. OR don't work on domestic faults at weekends so today is day 2 of their normally up to 5 days to fix. This link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it, It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Re: Sky Talk fault
I'm having the same problem for the last week, around 50% of the time when I ring someone, they answer the phone, I can hear them but they can't hear me, extremely frustrating. Sky don't even have a direct contact number, I mean what on earth is going on.

They do. Just dial 150 from a Sky landline or a Sky mobile.
