Sky Talk and Brodband

Phone line nd broadband is don. Openrch have not turned up for to visit. Can this be escalated to Sky Expert.

Your post isn't very clear. Are you saying Openreach haven't turned up to set up your Broadband? Is your connection date today?

My phone line and broadband are down. Openreach were to visit on 07.10 but didn't turn up. Rescheduled for today 10.10, still no visit. Waiting in on Friday and tody from 1-6pm.

Openreach are not the best at informing the isps of delays. All you can do is recontact Sky and see if they've had an update. Sky are unlikely to get an update re today's appointment until tomorrow.

The CWU workforce at Openreach were on strike on 06/10/22 and 10/10/22: this has inevitably affected availability.
