Managed to get Sky Talk Shield set up after speaking to an advisor. However I can only add stars or block numbers via the phone. Can't access via my sky app.

Yes, there's a long outstanding known problem affecting some customers when you try to access the Shield online,

- I have the same problem
I want to see the phone calls from the call history but Talk Shield just tells me that there is a problem come back later.

I have the same issue and am now regretting moving to Sky. I cannot activate Talk Shiled via online or via the automated call. The n to pour salt into the wounds I cannot access a human to resolve the issue. I end up in a automated response loop!
Doe any one know how yo connect with a numan at Sky, assuming they have any?

They definitely do! When you call, just stay silent throughout the automated prompts, and eventually you should be put through to one of them.
