Sky Talk Not working

hi 

My internet is working but the landline phones say check phone line.

Is there a fault as our neighbour (also on sky) is fine.

@lunnj  What troubleshooting have you done? Which router did Sky supply you with for your broadband from the link below and do you have internet calls?
