We have recently taken Sky Business Broadband. We have a single business number, but the broadband has been set up with 3 lines that will all answer if the many business office number is called.
I need to buy some new handsets for the office. My biggest concern is how do your transfer calls to another line in the office if you answer and the call is for a colleague. I am sure you can do this via the handset, but buying the right handset is the problem.

Ok, I would appreciate it if someone could direct me to the Sky Business Forum. Please don't tell me this is a consumer form, I know.
We went live with Sky Business on the 20.10 and we still have no VOIP service. I run a service business and I am told by Sky there is a major issue with business VOIP and they can't confirm when it will be resolved. 11day without comms.
Are they still signing people up to the service? I hope not.

Thanks for your help, I have already spoken to the Helpline, I think 15 times. Very polite and kind, has no effect.
There appears to be no Sky Business Forum. I need to discuss with other Sky Business users the really problems I have encountered. There appears to be a major issue with Sky Business VOIP and 11 days after installation I still have no service.
