@StuH73 there's a known problem with the landline function of the white Max Hub. You could try a factory reset by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, it's a matter of waiting for Sky to fix the Hub issue, I'm afraid,

Is this an issue that has started today, have you made any changes to your broadband package recently ?

Any idea why we can send or receive calls on our sky talk landline? Been out of action for 2days. Our mobiles aren't sending or receiving calls either. As I write this, we are being upgraded to super fast broadband, will this help the phone issues?
