just switched to Sky Broadband and Sky Talk - have issues with landline. No tone - when trying to call the number, it just states not available.
The switch took place just over 24 hours ago.
Landline is plugged into Hub.

You could try a factory reset by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, it's a matter of waiting for Sky to fix the Hub issue, I'm afraid,

If it's the black one, is the 'Voice' LED illuminated? Amber or green?
