Landline dead broadband ok no mobile signal

All OK for years since my switch to sky and now my landline has gone completely dead. I cannot receive incoming calls, or make calls. There is no mobile signal here at all so my WiFi calling with sky talk is essential.  

I have completed all the checks, plugged in another working phone, unplugged, replugged, used the main socket input, ran a line check (all is OK and running perfectly), my broadband and WiFi are apparently working fine but still no landline.  I'm elderly and expecting a call from my doctor what do I do? 

Please, can anyone help / escalate this?

@Mirabellles1 do you have Internet calls, where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub? Or standard calls where the phone plugs into a wall socket?

My phone plugs into a router I took a photo of the back of it on line and uploaded it as sky asked

@Mirabellles1 thank you. Assuming you don't have alternative means of calling Sky, I think the quickest way for you to get this resolved, is to wait for their response to the photo you've already sent them.
