There's no dial tone. I can't make or receive calls. Tried all the tips from the help section of the website but still not working. Had the same issue exactly 2 years ago and an engineer came out to fix it as it was an external issue outside the house. Might be the same issue.

No I don't have internet calls. My phone is plugged into the wall socket. My broadband service is working fine. Thanks.

If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. If not, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?

I tried the connection test and it said there's no issues with the broadband. If you could ask Sky's messaging team to contact me that would be great thanks.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
